How to Claim Your CPD, PDU and CEC Credits

Listed below are the procedures one must follow to collect Axelos, PMI and ISACA continuing professional development credits. Feel free to contact if you need any assistance.

Axelos CPD Credits



PMI PDU Credits

  1. Log into the Project Management Institute website at
  2. Click the menu bar link for “myPMI”.
  3. Under the “Certification Status” dialog on the right, click the “Report PDUs” button.
  4. In the “*PDU category” dropdown, select “Cat A: Registered Education Provider/PMI Component”
  5. In the “*Activity type” dropdown, select “Find An Activity (Course or Event)”
  6. Click the “Next” button
  7. For “Provider number” enter “2626” without quotes.
  8. For “Provider name” enter “itsm Solutions” without quotes.
  9. Click the “Search” button.
  10. Select your course from the list of Activities. (*Note that there are only 10 courses listed per page by default, and your course may be on a different page.)
  11. Select your course by clicking on the Activity title.
  12. Fill out the appropriate dialog boxes, then click the Submit button to report your PDU claim.

  4. Click on Manage My CPE
  5. Scroll down, then click on Add CPE button
  6. Enter CPE activity information and click Save.
